Excellence Monsieur le Président, Il est pour nous un insigne honneur de venir par la présente, vous saisir pour le motif porté en objet. Voici bientôt deux décennies que notre Organisation œuvre à faire des propositions novatrices en terme d’insertion professionnelle, économique et sociale des jeunes diplômés et ou déscolarisés sans emplois. Les études confortent bien le fait que, dans nos pays de la sous-région Ouest africaine, cette frange constitue un fort pourcentage des candidats à l’immigration clandestine. Les dispositions par vous engagées pour le peuple français, a le mérite de traiter de la question sur le volet de la préservation des intérêts de part et d’autre. Nous également, comprenons les motivations de défense des intérêts de votre peuple et, c’est à ce titre, que notre Organisation se veut œuvrer afin que nos populations se persuadent que nos pays ont également les potentialités nécessaires pour garantir leur l’aisance matérielle et immatérielle. Notre structure refuse le stéréotype de l’Afrique continent pauvre ; de cette pauvreté en réalité induite de par des politiques de développement mues par une sorte de quasi mimétisme du système hérité de la colonisation. Nous citons à cet effet le Professeur Bamba N’GALADIO qui parle d’en finir avec le «Prêt à développer». A la faveur du cinquantenaire de nos indépendances et au-delà des cors et des cris ; c’est pour nous, cet effort d’initiative qui vaut notre démarche pour soumettre à votre très distinguée attention, le programme dit de «Développement Solidaire et Responsable» dont copie du T.D.R est ci-jointe. Nous assurons, Excellence Monsieur le Président de la République de France, que par le biais de la M.P.O.P.E (Méthode Prospective d’Optimisation des Potentialités Endogènes) qui sous-tend notre vision ; le programme peut dans la sous-région Ouest africaine et par pays ; intégrer par an, et ce sur 10 ans, 10.000 jeunes tous niveaux confondus. Los Fósiles se encuentran en rocas sedimentarias, las dos terceras partes de la superficie terrestre están cubiertas por rocas llamadas sedimentarias: rocas producidas por el lento depósito de materiales que se van depositando en una cuenca sedimentaria (fondo marino, orillas de lago, pantanos, desembocaduras de río, etc.,). Junto a estos depósitos pueden quedar sepultados los cadáveres de animales o plantas, que después de un lento proceso físico químico, denominado diagénesis, los materiales y los cadáveres pasan a constituir parte de la roca, debe tomarse en cuenta que no todas las rocas sedimentarias contienen fósiles. ¿Cómo se forman? Cuando un organismo muere, sus restos se descomponen y disgregan rápidamente por la acción de las bacterias, otros animales, el viento, la lluvia, o las olas del mar. Pero si ese cadáver es enterrado en poco tiempo por los sedimentos, y se ve a salvo de la intervención de los agentes biológicos y mecánicos crecen mucho las posibilidades de que fosilice. Obviamente es mucho más sencillo que lo hagan las partes duras como conchas y huesos, que las partes blandas como los músculos y vísceras que a pesar de su enterramiento siguen expuestos a la acción de las bacterias. En casos excepcionales también se conservan esas partes blandas, y se han encontrado insectos preservados en ámbar, (resina fósil de árbol), vertebrados en minas de asfalto, o mamuts congelados en la turba de Siberia. Salvo excepciones, donde el proceso de fosilización comienza a partir de la desaparición de las partes blandas y el relleno de los huecos por el sedimento circundante. En ese momento empiezan a producirse una serie de transformaciones químicas que poco a poco van sustituyendo los compuestos orgánicos de esos restos por minerales. Esta transformación depende de la composición química del hueso o concha, y de la del sedimento que lo contiene, si esta combinación es favorable, la sustitución se realizará molécula a molécula, durante un largo, muy largo período de tiempo, hasta que el organismo esté completamente mineralizado, es decir, convertido en piedra. Si por causa de la erosión, o por la acción del hombre la roca que lo contiene queda expuesta en la superficie, estará sometida a los procesos erosivos a los que se ve sometido el relieve, y se destruirá en un tiempo más o menos corto y se convierte en una fuente de información sobre la vida pasada, obteniendo así una joya de la naturaleza llamada fósil. Procesos de Fosilización. Permineralización. A medida que los sedimentos continúan apilándose, las capas más bajas se condensan por el peso de las capas superiores. En un cierto tiempo, esta presión convierte a los sedimentos en roca. Si agua rica en minerales se infiltra hacia abajo a través de los sedimentos, el proceso del fosilización tiene una ocasión incluso mejor de preservar nuestro antiguo animal. Algunos de los minerales se pegan a las partículas del sedimento, pegándolas juntas con eficacia en una masa sólida. Estos minerales también hacen impacto en nuestro trilobite original. En el transcurso de millones de años disuelven la cáscara externa, substituyendo a veces las moléculas del exoesqueleto por moléculas de calcita o de otros minerales. Con tiempo la cáscara entera se substituye dejando a la roca con la forma exacta del trilobite. Esto es la formación fósil trabajando. Petrificación. Consiste en el reemplazo molécula a molécula del esqueleto original mediante la acción de soluciones circulantes en el medio. La estructura interna puede permanecer intacta, aunque generalmente se destruye en cierta medida. Se conocen diversas sustancias reemplazantes, siendo las más comunes: Carbonato (carbonatización). Por lo general la calcita reemplaza a la aragonita. Dolomita (dolomitización). El material original es reemplazado por dolomita. Sílice (silicificación). La sustancia de reemplazo es SiO2. La estructura original se conserva sólo si el reemplazo es molécula a molécula. Es muy común en madera. Sulfuros. El caso más común es el caso de reemplazo por FeS2 (piritización). Otras sustancias que pueden reemplazar la composición son el fosfato de calcio (apatita), silicatos y metales nativos (cobre, entre otros). Carbonización Este proceso se debe a la pérdida de elementos volátiles tales como el nitrógeno, oxígeno e hidrógeno en tejidos de soporte o esqueletos de naturaleza orgánica (plantas en general; invertebrados tales como graptolites), éstos materiales quedan representados por una concentración o película de residuos carbonosos. OBJETIVO. Identificar los procesos de fosilización que ocurren en distintos tipos de organismo tomando en cuenta la conformación de su cuerpo para considerar la datación de fósiles. MATERIAL. ✶ Vaselina sólida. ✶ 1 vela. ✶ Papel de estraza. ✶ Pasta. ✶ 1 bote de aluminio. ✶ Plastilina. ✶ 1 recipiente de plástico. ✶ Cerillos. ✶ Zacate. ✶ 1 espátula. ✶ 1 parrilla. ✶ Hojas vegetales. ✶ Conchas. ✶ Muestras de fósiles. METÓDO. ✶ Se unta vaselina en el papel estraza, se pone a calentar con la vela pero en constante movimiento para que este no se prenda, hasta que se forme una capa negra, (tizne) enseguida se colocan las hojas vegetales de manera que el tizne se le quede pegado y por último se colocan las hojas vegetales sobre una hoja blanca. ✶ En la plastilina se hacen moldes con las conchas, y en un recipiente se coloca una pequeña cantidad de pasta, se le agrega agua, hasta obtener una consistencia de masa, después se rellenan los moldes con la pasta ya elaborada. ✶ Se coloca sobre la parrilla el bote de metal con la vela y se espera hasta que esta se derrita, y se le introduce el pedazo de zacate. La practica tubo un poco de desorden al principio por que no contábamos con todos los materiales pero nos pusimos de acuerdo y la práctica fue un éxito

Even when the Jordanians captured and occupied Jerusalem from 1948-67, they (the Jordanians) never sought to change it to their capital (replacing Amman) nor make it the capital of all Arab-"Palestinian" people. Even during the 19 years Jordan "occupied" most of Jerusalem, Arab leaders from other Arab countries hardly ever bothered to visit this city! Only to the Jews has Jerusalem ever held special meaning! The reality is that Jerusalem was never an Arab capital and that it never was, until the Jews revitalized it, a dusty provincial city that hardly played and economic, social or political role. Another myth deals with the issue of Jerusalem and its Temple Mount. The myth is that Jerusalem is really an Arab city and that it is a central focus of Islam. The truth is that the Arabs expressed very limited interest in the Temple Mount before 1967 after the Six-Day War. Besides, Mecca and Medina (both in Saudi Arabia) are Islam's holiest cities! Islam's Holy(?) Koran mentions Mecca 2 or 3 (implied, but not actually written) times. It mentions Medina 5 times. It never mentions Jerusalem and with good reason. There is no historical evidence to suggest Mohammad ever visited Jerusalem! And if he did visit Jerusalem, it could not have been until 6 years after his death. Therefore, the notion that Mohammed ascended to Heaven from a rock in Jerusalem (today's Dome of the Rock) is even more ridiculous! One more thing about Jerusalem in general and its Temple Mount in particular. Jerusalem appears in the Jewish Bible 669 times and Zion (which usually means Jerusalem, sometimes the Land of Israel) 154 times, or 823 times in all. The Christian Bible mentions Jerusalem 154 times and Zion 7 times. All told, in the Old Testament (the Hebrew Bible) and the New Testament, the terms "Judah" or "Judea" appear 877 times, and "Samaria" is used on 123 occasions. Hold on to your hats, everybody. It gets even better. Upon closer look at their Holy Koran, we have uncovered something quite amazing. These Muslims may actually be more Jewish than Muslim! Get this... the Koran mentions "Israel" [or "Israelites"] 47 times, "Jew" or "Jewish" 26 times! Even "Christian" or "Christians" gets 15 mentions! OK, so maybe Mohammed just forget to mention "Jerusalem". Maybe he also forgot to mention the Haram-esh-Sharif, their name for Judaism's Temple Mount. Perhaps it was an honest oversight. That desert heat can do strange things to one's brain. But surely "Palestine" is mentioned all through the Koran. After all, the poo' poo' ancient "Palestinians" go way back, right? WRONG. "Palestine" and "Palestinian" are nowhere to be found. Perhaps that's because these so-called Arab "Palestinians" have ancient historical roots going ALL THE WAY back to June 1967! So much for the Arab, Muslim or "Palestinian" ancient religious or physical connections to a single ounce of turf in the so-called "occupied" territories! From 1948 to 1967, when East Jerusalem and the Temple Mount were "occupied" by Jordanian Forces following the 1948-9 Arab-Israeli War, Jerusalem itself was ignored by the Arab world. No Arab leader ever paid a visit, not even to pray at the al-Aqsa Mosque or the Dome of the Rock (both located on the JEWISH Temple Mount). Also noteworthy during this 19 year period of Jordanian occupation' no Jews were allowed there... not that there was much for them to see since the Arabs destroyed 58 of Jerusalem's Jewish synagogues! Even the Arabs of "Palestine" placed so low a priority on Jerusalem that the PLO's founding charter, the 1964 Palestinian National Covenant, made no reference whatsoever to it. Only when the Jews recaptured it after the 1967 "Six Day War" (initiated by the Arabs) did the Arab world SUDDENLY grow very passionate about Jerusalem! Can any Muslim in the world produce any credible evidence for their connection to this holy site, other than Mohammed's dream? Believe it or not, the one and only source for the Muslim's claim to Jerusalem and the site of the Holy Temple, is a mention in the Koran of a dream that Mohammed had about an unknown "place far away". Perhaps this "place far away" is the site of the White House in Washington DC or a Nevada "chicken ranch?" In truth, the Dome of the Rock and the Al-Aqsa mosques are just but two of hundreds of thousands of Muslim mosques around the world.
